Please remember most of our items are heavy and need to be packed well and the postage charges will reflect this.
We will be happy to give you a postage quote before purchasing if required, remember than postage will work out cheaper when ordering several frames at a time, rather than just one or two.
DAMAGE THAT HAS OCCURRED IN TRANSIT MUST BE REPORTED BY EMAIL OR BY PHONE: 01752 395559 WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIVING YOUR PARCEL
Failure to do so means we will be unable to refund your delivery costs which you will still be liable for. Signing for a parcel means that you are signing to say that the goods have been received in good order so please check all courier items immediately and notify us if there any problems.
We aim to dispatch all bespoke frame items that have cleared funds within 7 working days. Delivery services used are Courier or Royal Mail, depending on the cost of the items you have purchased, whether you are resident in mainland UK and what delivery service you choose. If sent via courier, then they will send an email to the address you supply confirming dispatch when the item is sent, so please check your spam box.
If you select a delivery service that is not available to your delivery address, we reserve the right to charge you the correct postage charge when processing your order, no goods will be dispatched until the correct postage charge is made.
